A synthetic acrylic emulsion that neutralizes rust
into a neutral organic layer, actually converts rust
to a permanent, paintable surface. Can be sanded,
body puttied or topcoated with all types of paints.
Excellent to neutralize rust and act as a primer on
both rusted metal and previously painted surfaces.
